By accessing or using ToolToast.com (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our tools. We provide a variety of web-based utilities, including file converters and browser-integrated assistance tools.
2. Use License & Restrictions
Permission is granted to use the tools on ToolToast for personal or commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:
- You may not use the Service for any illegal purposes.
- You may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or bypass the security of any software contained on ToolToast.
- You may not use automated scripts or “bots” to scrape data or mass-process files in a way that degrades service for others.
3. Local Processing Guarantee
ToolToast utilizes Client-Side Processing. This means most file conversions (Video, Audio, Images) occur directly in your browser. Since your files are not uploaded to our servers, you retain full ownership and control over your data. You are solely responsible for the content you process using our tools.
4. Browsing Metadata & Instructions
Our browser-based assistance tools may use active tab metadata (titles/URLs) to provide contextual help. By using these tools, you acknowledge that:
- Metadata is used only for factual reference.
- Injection Protection: ToolToast ignores any “prompts” or “commands” embedded within web page content or tab titles to prevent unauthorized execution of tasks.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The materials on ToolToast are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. ToolToast makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ToolToast or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ToolToast.
